Online therapy for adults and couples — in Farsi and English
Many people come to therapy because the same difficulties keep returning — in their relationships, their emotions, their sense of self. If you’re looking for a space to understand what lies beneath the surface and begin making real change, I’d be glad to work with you.
What I work with
I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, obsessive tendencies, trauma, emotional conflict, and difficult life transitions. Much of this work involves helping clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their feelings, choices, and relationships — and gradually building healthier ways of coping and relating.
How I work
I’m trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including schema therapy, and I tailor the approach to each client’s needs, goals, and circumstances — rather than applying a single fixed framework.
In the early sessions, I focus on listening carefully and building a full picture of your concerns, personal history, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. If something more immediate needs attention, I can also work in a more focused and direct way from the start.
For me, the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of good therapy. I try to create a space that feels genuinely safe and human — not clinical or distant — where real understanding can develop. My own long-term experience of personal therapy has given me a deeper appreciation of both the difficulty and the value of this work.

Fees and availability
The best way to find out whether we’re a good fit — and to discuss fees, availability, and how I may be able to help — is through a free 20-minute consultation. There’s no commitment involved, and it gives us both a chance to talk before you decide anything.
If you’re based in Canada, some extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. It’s worth checking with your provider in advance.
